This class and the way Kristen taught was one of a few life-changing experiences in my 59-year-long life. The class was a great combination of hands-on examples interlaced with and supported by scientific/medic data and evidence. It demonstrated to me how much can be done to not only manage diabetes but also how little adjustments can make all the difference in one's life. 

Through these - relatively small - adjustments in my lifestyle I was able to lose over 30 pounds to date and am getting great compliments all around. These are changes by just reading and understanding nutritional labels and "trading" carbs. Again, something that I can easily maintain for the rest of my life.

This class should be made available to anyone diagnosed with pre-diabetes or diabetes. It is truly life-changing AND lifesaving.

The way Kristen taught the class was readily understandable to everyone regardless of
age, gender, educational or ethnic background.
